Sinkhole Repair at Spring Hill, FL Residence

A sinkhole depression developed beneath this residence when a large retention pond suddenly drained into a sinkhole nearby. It appeared that the sudden water loss and resulting pressure equalization triggered 13 other depressions to open up within a 2 block radius. CFI responded on an urgent basis and installed 3 foundation underpins to help stabilize the affected area of the structure. Following a comprehensive geological investigation we completed the recommended sinkhole grouting repairs.
