Commercial Chemical Grout Projects
|Wet Well Clay Avenue
A bulging liner in the TLock lining of this forty year old wet well in Brandon was more than just a concern for the owners. After removing the liner, they discovered that a eak had formed in the joints of the bottom three rings of the lift station. Certified Foundations was brought in to repair 226 lineal feet of construction cold joints in the two lift stations.
The multi-step repair was technical in nature, from the installation of the mechanical packers used to inject a water cleansing flush to the injection of a urethane-based hydrophilic grout. CFI’s OSHA trained and Confined Space certified crews mobilized and completed this complex job in two days, leaving the owner with a water tight seal.
