Ground Mounted System
Need: Installation of foundation system and erection of VSP’s for the framework to be attached.

SOLUTION

New Foundation design by Engineer Allen Gezelman PE
Specification: 8 HPM’s to a 21′ depth per the diggers soils investigation with a 16″ Sonotube 4′ in length to support the 8′ diameter VSP’s (Vertical Support Pipe)

SUCCESS

• In 3 days the foundation was installed for stell framing
• Substatial cost savings: Reduction in foundation material and time
• Completion date set in stone and was met on time which avoided any grant funds being revoked from the power company
